WOD: Angie (1/2)
50 Pull-ups
50 Push-ups
50 Sit-ups
50 Squats

I had intended to do 10 sets each of 10, but I could tell from the first 10 pull-ups that I was "off." I stopped after only 5 sets. I've only done Angie once but I can tell you that that split time is not good.

I sat outside for a while to get my head back; it was sort of spinning. Maybe it was the heat and humidity. Who knows. 86 degrees in March! This New Englander is not used to such madness. Guys back home are still talking about snow shoeing the Presidential Peaks and skiing in New Hampshire.
