Started my oly lifting training this week, which means less met-con, more foundation to strength building.

WOD:
Hang clean: 10 x 3 at 95# -- dynamic movement as quickly as possible. 1 min rest.
Overhead Squats: 2 x 7 at 115, 135
Good mornings: 4 x 8 at 150. 2 min rest.
