Snatch: 60kg, 60, 75x, 75x, 75x, 70
Snatch pulls: 60, 75, 70, 60, 110
Clean and Jerk: 60 x 6
Wrists making incremental progress. Warming up on 60kg is a big step for me.
I couldn't figure out why I was failing on 65 kg. I had put 75 on.
