I'm totally wrecked from yesterday's baseball WOD. My lower back is really tender, and I think the back extensions and wood choppers from Tuesday started me on this course.
Hopefully, a day or two of active rest should do the trick.

I'm with you on the active rest. My knees are acting funny and my arm shoulder are still keeping me from over head stuff. Today I will do some KB yoga, TGU's windmills and the like.
