I've been hitting it pretty hard this week. This pictures pretty much says it all.

Pull-up Challenge: 32 (PR)

50 Burpees
100 Squats
For time -- no idea what I scored

WOD: 5 Rounds
15 Sit up with Abmat (Rx 21)
14 KB Swings (12 kg, Rx 20kg)
7 Thrusters (95#)

5 x 3 KB Windmills (8 kg)
