Plain Old Rest:
I couldn't get motivated to do Mary yesterday so I made up a different workout. It took me two hours to do, but I was able to stay focused to complete it.

GTG:
150 Push-ups, Squats, Sit-ups
I totally didn't do these.

I love the whole body weight totals thats a good idea! keep it rolling bro your kicking ass!
For me it's CF at 10am Sunday. I hope my shoulder continues to feel good.
Put March 3th on your Calandar for the Primal Open house, from 9:30 to 3pm. I really want to get a good CF turn out this time.

The gauntlet has been thrown. I'm going to try and do 100K body movements in one year.

I can do it. Only like 95K to go.
